Yahoo loses out to Google
The co founder of Internet company Yahoo Jerry Yang co-founded Yahoo 13 years ago while a graduate student at Stanford university. Has had to stand down after the company reportedly lost $20 Billion, around £13billion off the value of Yahoo. The founder Jerry Yang Joined back with Yahoo in June last year pledged to win back customers and advertisement, who they lose out to a very dominant Google. With such a large amount of money lost in revenue Mr Yang had no option but to stand down.
The company’s president, Sue Decker, is a strong candidate to replace Mr Yang as Yahoo try to re build it’s reputation.
